Reexia is a dynamic business development agency specialising in outsourced B2B Sales. We are looking for a motivated and results driven B2B Telemarketing Executive to join our exceptional team. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to grow within our company.

You’ll be part of a small team that nurtures relationships with prospects to develop business opportunities for our clients. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers and make outbound calls to a list of pre-qualified prospects to set up meetings and gather feedback for our clients. Comprehensive training on our easy-to-use CRM system will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, on behalf of our clients, to key decision-makers in target industries and generate appointments for the Business Development Managers
- Initiate and maintain effective conversations to identify potential client requirements and qualify leads.
- Communicate product and service offerings confidently and professionally
- Outbound B2B telemarketing to get past the gatekeeper. We never call consumers or people at home
- Asking for the opportunity to quote or to meet (face to face or virtually) and booking appointments on behalf of our clients.
- Processing leads accurately and liaising with Business Development Managers by phone and email.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year in B2B telemarketing is required to be considered for the role
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
- Good command of English language and grammar
- Ability to work to targets: call volumes, conversations and leads
- Time management skills
- A team player with the ability to self-motivate
- Computer literate including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Planning and organisational skills
- Persuasive and able to multi-task to represent multiple clients.
- Confidence in engaging decision-makers and building rapport over the phone
- Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches

Pay: Depending on experience c£28,000.00 per year plus commission structure
